§1 Vality area
For online-orders in our online-shop are the following general business terms of the company Maercklin Porzellan-Handel during the time of your order valid.

§2 Confirmation
Our offer is without engagement. A sales contract will only come about with a confirmation. An order put through per internet, E-Mail, telephone, in writting or verbal is binding.

§3 Returns
A return of goods is possible within 14 days after delivery without particular grounds possible.
It is guaranteed that the timely return of goods is exercised.
Return costs will be taken over from us. Already fullfilled payments will be refunded.

§4 Delivery date
Together with the acknowledgment order we will send you the probable delivery date. Sometimes our suppliers waver in their delivery dates, so are our deadlines not obligatory. If you need an obligatory date, this is separately to settle.Zusammen mit der Auftragsbestätigung senden wir Ihnen den voraussichtlichen Liefertermin. Da unsere Vorlieferanten jedoch oftmals schwankende Lieferzeiten haben, ist dieser Liefertermin unverbindlich. Benötigen Sie einen verbindlichen Liefertermin ist dies gesondert mit uns abzusprechen.

§5 Delivery
Your delivery will result in prompt order, usually by German Mail (DHL). It results always per invoice and at your own risk.
Inside Germany we deliver from order value of EUR 200.- with no forwarding costs. Less than EUR 200,- there is a charge of EUR 4.-. Outside delivery of Germany other terms apply.Here you can find a list of delivery charges to foreign countries.
We'll gladly send your order to a "Gift Adress" separate from the invoice address. If you wish, we will giftwrap your order at no extra charge.

§6 Prices and terms of payment
Our prices include the legal german taxes and are quoted in Euro. As soon as your payment has arrived, your order will be sent immediately. We request your payment till after five days of receiving your bill, being transferred to one of our accounts or payment by check.
If you would like to pay per credit card, we need to know your contract firm, your complete credit card number as well as the expiry date. By dispatch outside EU countries other shipment rules apply, also duty and taxes may arise.

§7 Complaints
Although we've had only good experiences with the German Postal Services(DHL)and we package our ware with exceptional care, breakage can occur during the transport.
Therefore we request you examine the objects throughly and give us your complaint in writting within six days of receiving your order. Later complaints can't be taken into consideration.

§8 Availability Subject to Change
Should Maercklin China-Trade ascertain that after sales agreement, that the ordered goods are not available to us or because of legal grounds the wares cannot be supplied, we then can return from our contract.
Already obtained payments will be immediately after withdrawal from our contract paid.

§9 Data Protection
Maercklin China-Trade is under the obligation within the scope of the current laws to act. In particular we oblige not to give personal data to third parties

§10 Jurisdiction
Exclusive legal venue for all disputes from this contract is if the customer is a businessman, juridical person of the public right, public law special property or by the home without legal venue, Stuttgart.
